Top 10 Nativity Crafts for Kids

November 20, 2015 By Thaleia 1 Comment

Educational Games for 2-8 Year Olds

I love having a Nativity set that is child friendly. They are super expensive to buy until after the Holiday season so I would highly suggest that you make some Nativity crafts with your kids this year!

Young kids learn best through play. Perhaps the best way for kids to remember the Nativity story is to reenact it on their own like Planet Smarty Pants shares.

Are you looking for a super simple nativity craft? Look no further than The Craft Train’s Matchbox Manger craft.

Do your children enjoy re-enacting the Nativity? They can with their very own Peg Doll Nativity from the Adventures in Mommydom. If you are on a tight budget then you can make a simple toilet paper Nativity from My Mundane and Miraculous Life.

Create your own Bethlehem with recycled milk or juice cartons just like Adventures of Mommydom did. If you need a Baby Jesus to go along with your town then check out the tutorial by Princess!

Looking for a cute project that doubles as a gift and makes a great keepsake? How about this footprint manger tile from Fun Handprint Art.

Maybe you want to dabble in a little Montessori learning this Christmas. You should check out this set of Nativity 3-part cards which were posted on Christian Montessori Network.

When I think of the Nativity and Christmas I think of decorating a tree to set the mood for my family. These Clay Nativity ornaments from Crafty Moms Share would be a great addition to any Christmas Tree!

If your little ones like getting hands-on then a Nativity Sensory Bin would be just the thing for you to create like Growing Hands-on Kids did.
