EnterTrainment Junction

June 13, 2015 By Thaleia

We don’t get to Cincinnati very often but we have whizzed by EnterTrainment Junction many times not having time to stop. When the homeschool discount email came for their Spring Homeschool Days I knew we would finally get to check out all the fun that EnterTrainment Junction had to offer.

EnterTRAINment Junction

I love the idea that the activities are all indoors so you can stop by in any weather during operating hours. Anytime it’s rainy or too hot we could stop by and see the trains or choose a new scavenger hunt list to complete. There is one activity outside but it wasn’t open for the season- a small Thomas Train Ride for kids under 10 approx.

My hubby isn’t a train guy and he said it was really cool to see the amount of detail that went into the models. He said the fun house area was really awesome since they have a mirror maze which was an item on his bucket list.

EnterTRAINment Junction Play area

Eldest played on the multilevel climber area and the rock wall. He rode the small coin operated train with Lil’ Red and had fun burning off energy from riding in the car.

Princess liked how the indoor play area allowed children up to 60″ to play allowing big siblings to play with younger siblings.

Big Red loved kicking off his shoes and running around.

Lil’ Red loved having a step stool to carry around which helped him see the trains that were higher up. He also loved playing with the Thomas the Train tables in the preschool play area. He really didn’t want to leave that area until we showed him the new section of the Model G trains going by.

EnterTrainment Junction fun house
You can pay for the entire facility which includes the train and playside as well as the Fun House side. The Fun House side includes a variety of cray things like mirror maze, laser maze, slanted room, etc.
