HP Social Media Snapshots Make Homeschooling Fun

November 15, 2015 By Thaleia 7 Comments

This review was made possible by Mom Select and HP.  I was provided free products and compensation to facilitate this post, but all opinions are 100% mine.

If you have been around my family at all you know we are complete techies. From my hubby with multiple game consoles to the toddler who loves tablet app games, we all love media in some form or another. Since we homeschool we try to incorporate media as well as social media into our educational objectives.

This year for the first time ever we joined a homeschool co-op which meets each week and has similar educational goals and beliefs as ours. I was super excited to learn about the Hp Social Media Snapshots product and began to think of ways we could use it in our homeschool.

For us personally we can use it when we take pictures of plants while on nature hikes or when we attend various field trips or events. We printed some test pictures at home from our local trip to the pumpkin patch as part of our homeschool groups October field trip.

How did I get pictures you ask? Well, I posted in our Facebook group of course. I asked them to tag the photos they wanted printed and I would oblige. I wasn’t sure how the WiFi at church that we meet for co-op would do with hooking up the HP Envy 5660 printer. I also wanted to be sure I understood the how the printer and app worked.

In order to print on the HP Social Media Snapshots paper directly from your social media channels through your phone, you will need to download the HP Social Media Snapshots app.

When it comes to capturing life’s most precious moments, it’s easy to snap a photo with our phones and post it straight to social media.  Now, thanks to our friends at HP, it’s just as easy to turn your favorite pictures into tangible memories!

Introducing HP Social Media Snapshots! Currently available exclusively at Staples, these sticky-backed 4×5 inch photo sheets are perfect for printing, displaying and reliving life’s moments. Not only can you print directly from your smartphone or tablet, but you can decorate your space with your favorite social media photos.  And the best part is HP Social Media Snapshots are easily removable, so they won’t damage your walls- and they’re re-stickable too!

If you are looking for a new way to add some sticky backed photo fun to your homeschool then give HP Social Media Snapshots a try!

Love this idea for a co-op. Not so sure we would use it much with just our family but something to think about. Thanks for the info. 🙂

This looks so much easier fumbling around with wires! I’ve got to try wireless printing!
