One of the oldest restaurants that we know and love in our county is K’s Hamburger Shop. They are famous not only for their hamburgers and deep fried onion rings but for their incredible milkshakes. It’s been a long time since we ate at K’s so we decided to eat a late lunch and enjoy some yummy food!
If you come into K’s Hamburger Shop for a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee or a bowl of soup you can sit on one of these red bar stools at the counter.
All the items on the menu are A la Carte so you can pick and choose your meal just the way you like it with whatever sides you choose.
The kids picked the larger corner booth to sit at for a nice group shot while we waiting for our food to be picked up. You place your order at the counter and pay and pick up your tray of food.
These are the classic metal milkshake cups that serve two! Since we ordered three chocolate shakes and one strawberry milkshake we ended up taking a milkshake and a half home with us!
I love onion rings over fries but I am very picky about my onion rings. K’s make them just the way I like thick cut and crispy!
My middle son, Big Red, decided to order a grilled cheese sandwich with his strawberry shake and bag of chips. He doesn’t like hamburgers or anything made with beef. He usually eats chicken strips but opted to try something new.
If you are in the mood for some yummy burgers or a delicious milkshake then make a quick stop into K’s Hamburger shop!
