Cocunut Oil: What is That &

How Do You Use it?

coconut oil

Never heard of coconut oil? Neither had I until about 3 weeks ago when searching through all natural recipes online. I was wanting to learn some new things about becoming a wee bit more sustainable and thought making my own deodorant  lotion bars, lotions, salves, and vapor rubs would be good places to start! I already have been making my own laundry detergent for the last 3 years so why not try something new.

Then low and behold I saw a blogger opportunity from Tropical Traditions where little old ME could receive a sample and offer my readers a chance to win a quart of Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil!

I already had beeswax, olive oil, vitamin e oil, and some essential oils, but NO Coconut Oil. I had no idea even where to buy it locally besides a pricey health food store 45 minutes away.

I was lucky enough to come across a blogger review opportunity from Tropical Traditions. I was super excited to learn I qualified to receive a free sample to review and a chance to offer a giveaway to my reader’s of some virgin coconut oil from Tropical Traditions.

My personal experience with Tropical Traditions:
