Hello, my name is Amy Pierce, owner and operator of Liberty Threads. I am a stay at home wife and mom. I am madly in love with my husband of 6 years. He is an inspiration to my work and encourages me in all of my crochet ventures. My children are four and two. I am currently homeschooling my four-year old, we do a mixture of pre-k and kindergarten work.
I absolutely adore my work, I am able to work when the kids are napping or going to bed for the night. Currently, I am working on a few amazing projects; a red riding hood cape for a photographer, a beautiful flowered scarf for a photographer and a few Christmas orders that I am finishing up. (I still have to sit down and crochet all of my family and friends Christmas presents too….)
I am excited to announce that I am coming out with a line of products for photographers. They are unique pieces that will add a little “pop and boom” to the shots. They will be for sale, however, I will be renting most of them. My business is headed more in the direction of teen/adult items, although I do still love to make hats for children.
