Is it Summer at your house, yet? This week we get to sign-up for our first of four Summer Reading Clubs! The library in the town north of us starts the earliest since all of those schools are more rural and always out before Memorial Day. I for one have already gotten my June calendar printed and working on filling July, August, and September with fun and educational Summer activities for my kids.

I love enjoying my children’s firsts with them! Eldest, Princess, and even Big Red went down this huge water slide during our visit to Pioneer Waterland!
I was shocked that Big Red gave it a go. Unfortunately we didn’t catch it on camera since it was hard to tell from the bottom which kids was coming down the slide next.

I know that I already shared pictures and posts about our recent trip to Cedar Point and Put-in-Bay BUT not in a fun Road Trip style like this. If you are from Ohio or going to be in Northwest Ohio then you should really check this out!
Originally I had planned on stopping in Findlay, OH at the McDonald’s that has an outdoor PlaySpace BUT the weather was cold and very wet! With that plan shot out of the water we stopped in Lima to go through 3 different drive-thrus in order to get the food everyone wanted and get potty breaks, lol.

We had the privilege of staying at Put In Bay Condos right near the airport. Before we arrived we were sent an app to download with all the information we needed. A good thing too cause this place was a little hard to find since there’s not a big sign saying Put In Bay Condos, lol. We recognized the Condos from the pictures from the app and website!
This condo had a nice sized living room, kitchen and dining area. Our condo had two bedrooms: one with two double beds and the other with two queen beds. We also had a full bath and a half bath which makes it very nice for a family of 6! We don’t have this luxury at home. The washing machine was an HE version which took a little bit to figure out but worked very well. We were provided with a golf cart and the linen package which I highly recommend getting BOTH!!! We barely fit everything we needed in our van as it was and we would not have had room for linens on top of all of our stuff.
