At The Pumpkin Patch
This week Lil’ Red’s “class” (parent/child playgroup) went to a local Pumpkin Patch for hayride, corn maze, and weiner roast. It was a free event paid for by the group and ALL OF MY CHILDREN could attend and pick out a pumpkin. Now that’s what I call a super duper event for this frugal family!
We were trying to get some good pics on the bumpy haywagon and then the batteries went dead on my camera. Of course when I went to take pics with my phone it soon died as well!
After each child picked their pumpkin, we headed back to the store area. The kids had a quick trip over to the old wooden train before heading to the play area out back and weiner roast dinner.
The wonderful teachers from Lil’ Red’s class printed the picture of us at the pumpkin patch so here’s all us eating:)

Maryanne,
We had lots of fun even though it got chilly. Wish we had more pics to share since they had a mini corn maze and fun things to put your head behind like a school bus and pumpkins.
