Greens Plus Offers Yummy Gluten Free Energy Bars

January 30, 2016 By Thaleia 1 Comment

I am always on the lookout for new yummy snacks and energy bars. As much as I would love to make my own I do not always have the time or the best recipe! I recently received a box of super yummy gluten free energy bars to review. These green superfood bars came from Greens Plus and they tasted better then I expected!

 Yummy Gluten Free Energy Bars

I received four different flavors which included: Blueberry Almond Chia Crisp, Plusbar Energy Chocolate , Whey Krisp Protein and Greens + High Protein Peanut Butter.  (Affiliate links) They all had very distinct flavors which made for a nice variety of healthy snacks.

My personal favorite was the Greens Plus High Protein Peanut Butter bar followed by the Energy Chocolate bar. I am not very fond of the Whey Krisp.

My kids weren’t too fond of the green color of the bars but that’s just because we don’t often buy the more expensive higher quality energy bars. My youngest son was super excited to try the Whey Krisp Protein bar. His favorite flavor so far is the Energy Chocolate bar.

Greens Plus offers a variety of products such as  Crisp Bars, Energy Bars, Protein Bars, Chia Bars and Superfood Powders. The company has incorporated into their proprietary blend so many nutritionals that target the total body organs and cells. Literally, it is hard to find a competitor who would do the same. The food from Greens Plus when consumed delivers quick satiety results by feeding the body on the cellular levels and delivering the so needed energy to do what we need on the daily basis.  You can find Greens Plus sold at
Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Vitamin Shoppe, Safeway, Publix, and Amazon!

If you’ve never had Greens Plus bars, this is the time to taste, try and test them in your own life. Grab some coupons and give them a try! Be sure to follow Greens Plus on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and on Pinterest.
Disclaimer: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

To the Mom Who is Struggling and Feels Forgotten

January 27, 2016 By Thaleia 33 Comments

Dear Mama,

You are not alone in your struggles or feelings. I am right there with you. Motherhood is tough. Raising multiple children with varying personalities is tough. Homeschooling children who don’t want to learn or who fight you to do their work is tough. Struggling to be a good mother while not forgetting your hubby can be challenging. Having older independent children, a preschooler, and a nursling all at the same time can be exhausting.

To the Mom who is struggling and feels forgotten
