Frequently Asked Questions (or FAQs) are super fun and can be a crowd pleaser. I find that the boring and drab version of Q& A can be quite dull but you can totally use this format and jazz it up. For example, if you want to share some interesting facts about social media, you could use a FAQs post.

A word of caution about FAQ posts: if you use these or plan on implementing them, it’s a good idea to make them colorful, fun, easy to read and interesting…. did you catch that last part?

Yes, above all, make your FAQ post interesting. The way you make it interesting is you offer facts on a topic that would be interesting to your audience. For example, if you are a baker you might want to offer a FAQ post on US vs. Metric measuring implements and answer some common questions people face when they use US or Non-US recipes when baking. Open-ended questions are probably one of the best ways to connect with your audience and grow your engagement. Why? Because it takes the focus off of you and turns it around onto your reader.
