Free High School Math Resources

High School math can be very expensive to buy and hard to teach! I love number crunching for budgets and figuring out taxes but not super fond of algebra. I remember taking Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry but I know that some concepts were tough with a full-course load in high school!

Historical Costumes for Kids

Homeschool families can take advantage of the great options for historical costumes all year long. During the Fall is the best time to buy them at  “end-of-season” sales but it’s always good to see what might be of interest to your child early on. We love buying costumes after Halloween at 75%-90% off for dress-up all year long.

Great Historical Costumes for kids

Last year Princess got a Renaissance Queen Costume so that she could wear it to the Ohio Renaissance Festival which we did not make it to then but plan on going to this year for the first time!

These Historical Costumes for kids would be a great addition to any History or Unit Study. If you are studying Ancient History through a curriculum like Mystery of History then you might want an Egyptian or Roman costume. If you are learning about American History via Prairie Primer or the ABC’s of American History then a Pioneer costume might be better suited.
