are very helpful for carb counting insulin dependent diabetics. The lower your carbs to insulin unit ratio the more precise you will want to be when you dose insulin to cover the carbs being eaten.
– food scales are a must for the serious carb counter or someone with a very low carb to insulin ratio. I have my eye on this particular scale even though it seems to be larger then the small pocket scale I had bought for homeschool.
are great to carry with your diabetic supplies to clean your insulin bottle and your injection site.
