Stay Hydrated with Fit for We Mommy & Me Matching Water Bottles

January 8, 2015 By Thaleia Leave a Comment

Getting fit is often the goal at the beginning of each new year but what about staying hydrated as well. Would you be more likely to drink more water if you had a super cute water bottle? How about a fitness partner? You can read all over the web and in books how important an accountability partner is for business, spiritual growth and for reaching fitness goals. Why not have you child be your partner in fitness?

Involving your child in a healthy goal will help establish healthy habits for a lifetime. Princess attends weekly ballet classes and is required to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. I am still nursing Lil’ Red and do not drink enough water. Now that we have matching water bottles it will be much easier to remember to drink our water together. We can stay hydrated as a team with the Fit for We Mommy & Me Matching Water bottles found on Amazon!

What Fit for We Says:

  • Safe to Use: Non-toxic, made with durable Eastman Tritan, a clear BPA free co-polyester, tested to be FDA safe for use with beverages.
Shatter Proof. Top Rack Dishwasher Safe
  • Easy to Use: Flip open cap with push button lid makes it easy for kids to use.
Small finger-loop for easy carrying. Sleek & Slender design for ease in handling
  • Convenient to Use: Our snap top lid ensures that these bottles will be Leak-proof. No Spillage at all! Lightweight & Perfect for Kids!
Fun to Use: Enjoy with your child at Exercise Class, at Mommy & Me Class and absolutely ANYWHERE!

I would definitely recommend the Fit for We water bottles to anyone wanting a cute gift for a mother and daughter duo. These would be great for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day presents as well as general goal for reaching your New Year’s fitness goals. These bottles are a great size for small and large hands being sized at 25 ounces and 18 ounces.

Fun Ways To Take AlternaVites Kids Vitamins

January 7, 2015 By Thaleia 1 Comment

We were recently given AlternaVites kids vitamins for review. I realized we had not been taking our daily children’s vitamins after mom and dad were tied up in the hospital for those four days with Eldest. This was a great opportunity to get back into the habit of getting the supplemental nutrition my kids need.

Compressions Velcro Neoprene Knee Brace

January 5, 2015 By Thaleia Leave a Comment

I have never had the need to wear a knee brace but my hubby has been wearing one since high school. I had him in mind when I signed up to review this neoprene knee brace. He is both my model and guinea pig for trying out this product.

Here’s what my hubby had to say about this Compressions knee brace:
– Shorter and tighter fit then old one.
– Stays in place well.
– Stitching seems very durable and high quality.
– Doesn’t pinch the skin on back of leg.
I would say with all of the above features that this is definitely the brace to buy. I was especially impressed that my hubby said it did not pinch. I did not realize that some brand do pinch but very glad that this new one does not pinch!

Fun Ways to use the #Cube for Homeschooling

January 1, 2015 By Thaleia 4 Comments

I have to be honest I am having a little trouble coming up with daily uses for the #Cube WiFi Photoviewer in general but want to use it for homeschooling. I want to share some fun ways to use the #Cube in a safe manner.

First be sure that you know who you are following on Instagram as Your Feed is one of the viewing options. Secondly think of some “safe” terms to search via the hashtag mode. You could come up with historical places or curriculum titles or maybe a famous artist or composer. Be sure to double check the feed BEFORE sharing it with your family. Just like any social media you never know what might pop onto your screen.

Exercise Armbands Makes Chores Fun

December 24, 2014 By Thaleia Leave a Comment

Let’s talk about smartphones and exercise armbands. Don’t get me wrong but I am NOT a big exercise person. Yes, I do want to be more healthy and fit but do not like to pound the pavement in order to do so. With that being said you might find it odd that I agreed to review the MuvUSA Armband but bare with me. I had some reasons I jumped at getting my hands on this awesome product.

muv ProBand phone armband

Armbands that hold your cellphone are great for chore time. You will not accidentally splash dish water on it while washing dishes. You will not run it over with a vacuum and it won’t fall into the tub or toilet during bathroom cleaning time. You will be able to listen to your favorite audiobooks or Classic Literature while you go about your day!

The MuvUSA iPhone 6 armband (4.7 inch) is designed to perform and last. The following features are quite appealing to those who exercise frequently or just want to use around the house to make boring everyday task more fun! The premium red stitching puts this armband in the best class of quality, durability and style.  The superior velcro will remain intact and will ensure that the band does not slip off your arm, even in the most intense workouts.  All of the openings are also reinforced and hence tear-resistant.

The ultra soft neoprene ensures full comfort and no damage to your skin.  It protects your iPhone from damage and is usable in any condition because it is waterproof and sweat resistant. The touch screen protector is slim and highly sensitive, so you can use your touch screen with no hassle.  The high-visibility reflector allows you to run or exercise outdoors at any time during the day or night.  The key holder and the headphone jack opening at the back provide great convenience.

My top reason for wanting an armband is that smartphones are expensive and I want to protect mine while I am doing chores around the house. I saw the horrible damage that could happen if you sit on your phone while in your pocket! My sister-in-law accidentally sat on hers and the screen is a wreck. I am so happy I have a safe and convenient way to carry my phone while zipping about the house.
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial. I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Hope you stop by while we blog about all of our upcoming adventures as homeschooling, review bloggers. Keep an eye out for guest posts by Eldest and Princess coming up soon:)
